The astonishing abundance of surrounding nature from Warmia and Masuria Region is reflected in the finest composition of nature’s most treasured gifts collected from forests, fields and lakes. Our cuisine is created in accordance with the concept of Slow Food, which is why we pay utmost attention to every ingredient, enabling it to have its moment of glory at your plate, preserving its natural unhurried rhythm and harmony with nature.
"The majority of flavours brought to you in our restaurant have its origin in my family home in Masuria, which have inspired my ultimate passion for cooking. Over the years of my experience I have acquired knowledge of new dishes, techniques and flavours, once unknown to me. As a local patriot, I endeavour to merge every new discovery with my culinary childhood memories. I strive to find the source of inspiration in the surrounding nature, which is why I enjoy spending my free time gathering herbs and flowers."
