In the interest of the safety and comfort of all our guests, especially minors, during the check-in process at Hotel St. Bruno, we apply procedures in accordance with child protection standards. Therefore, reception staff may ask to see identity documents of both the child and the adult accompanying them in order to verify their relationship. If the adult is not a parent or legal guardian of the child, they may be asked to present a document confirming the parents' or legal guardians' consent for their joint stay. In cases where documents are not available, the receptionist may conduct a conversation with the child and the adult to establish the nature of their relationship. The purpose of these measures is to ensure that every child staying at our hotel feels safe and comfortable. All procedures are conducted with respect for the privacy and dignity of our guests.
