The recipient of the gift will decide for themself the date of the stay and additional services that will make the visit even more special. Each voucher can be used up to 12 months from the date of purchase.

We will be most pleased to personalize your voucher in the manner of your choice. For example, if you want to give a voucher with a photo, a special dedication or in a non-standard format, please contact us. We will do our best to make your gift a hit!
For smaller and larger occasions
You decide the value of each voucher. We offer vouchers for 100, 300, 500, 1000, 1500 or more, stay vouchers and SPA vouchers.

The voucher can be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.
Services and accommodations consumed by the Guest at the Hotel in excess of the value of the voucher must be paid by cash or credit card at the Hotel. The voucher has no monetary value, is not exchangeable for cash and is non-refundable.
St. Bruno Hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. If notified that a voucher has been lost or stolen, the existing one will be canceled and a new one of equal value will be issued.

The fee for a pet in the room is 50 PLN/night. The hotel reserves the right to set an additional fee in case of exceptionally severe dirt or permanent damage done by the animal

Possibility of free cancellation and changes in the reservation up to 72 hours before the planned arrival. In the event of cancellation or changes less than 72 hours before the planned arrival, the Guest will be charged a fee of 30% of the value of the booked stay. In the event of no-show, the Guest will be charged the full amount for the booked stay. In July-August and on special dates (long weekends, holidays, New Year’s Eve) the following conditions apply: free of charge in case of cancellation or changes up to 14 days before arrival, 30% of the reservation value in case of cancellation or changes between 14 and 7 days before arrival, 100% of the reservation value in case of cancellation or changes less than 7 days before arrival or no-show without cancellation. Changes to the reservation involve a recalculation of the value of the stay.
