The services and accommodation provided by the Guest at the hotel exceeding the value of the voucher must be paid in cash or with a credit card at the Hotel. The voucher has no monetary value, is not exchangeable for cash and is non-refundable.
Hotel St. Bruno is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. In the case of notification that the voucher was lost or stolen, the existing voucher will be canceled and a new one with the same value will be issued.
