The chef Radosław Szulc on 10.11.18 presented his own goose dish in the La Bibliotheque restaurant.
It is a goose in ashes with sauce from czernina, rutabaga and kale. This dish together with his deputy Iwona Iwanicka won the first place in the National Culinary Contest for the Restaurant "Gęsina w Restauracji - Ostróda 2018 Expo Mazury Horeca 2018.
The competition dish could be tasted on the goose festival.
